Albert not only has a vast understanding of the real estate market from his studies and continued work in the industry, but he also holds a brokerage license. Albert recently founded, Artifex Brokerage, where they handle commercial leasing for smaller companies. Albert opened a brokerage company that enables smaller companies to receive the same care and service as a larger corporation. Albert strives to help smaller companies find their perfect space within the big city.
Albert is a former professor at the Real Estate Institute NYU, SCPS.
